Annual Meeting Notice

LEGAL NOTICE

The Nature Works Conservancy District will convene its annual meeting on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. in the law offices of Blachly, Tabor, Bozik and Hartman, located in the Fifth Third Bank Building at 56 Washington Street, Suite 401, Valparaiso, IN 46383.  One directorship position will be up for election at the annual meeting.  That directorship position is at-large serving all the Aberdeen Planned Unit Development and will be for a full four-year term.  Incumbent Board Member Troyanne Libassi is the only candidate having filed a nominating petition and as such there will be no contested election. 

Immediately thereafter, the Governing Board of the Nature Works Conservancy District will organize itself and elect from its membership a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson. Any and all freeholders are encouraged to attend the annual meeting with questions and/or concerns regarding any aspect of NWCD operations.
