At Nature Works Conservancy District, we are committed to serve the public by collecting, transporting, recycling and treating wastewater in a safe, reliable, efficient, cost effective and environmentally responsible matter. In addition we are commited to remain in full compliance with Indiana Department of Environmental Managagment MS4 Program to include: public education and outreach, public participation, illicit discharge, detection, and elimination, construction run off control, post construction run off control, and pollution prevention and good housekeeping.

Annual Meeting Notice

LEGAL NOTICE

 

 

The Nature Works Conservancy District will convene its annual meeting on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. in the law offices of Blachly, Tabor, Bozik and Hartman, located in the Fifth Third Bank Building at 56 Washington Street, Suite 401, Valparaiso, IN 46383.  One directorship position will be up for election at the annual meeting.  That directorship position is at-large serving all the Aberdeen Planned Unit Development and will be for a full four-year term.  Incumbent Board Member Troyanne Libassi is the only candidate having filed a nominating petition and as such there will be no contested election.
